Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is assisting a high-end Orthopedics Clinic Group, who are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join their team. The Clinic operates Monday to Friday, 4 days per week, and is based in the Marylebone area.

Duties:

  1. Clinical quality indicators, such as infection rates, must be monitored and maintained at optimal levels.
  2. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
  3. A strong understanding of legislation, policies, and procedures is essential for this role.
  4. Working with members of the multi-disciplinary Theatre team, following local protocols and standards, is crucial for delivering excellent patient care.
  5. The ideal candidate will assemble, check, and prepare surgical instruments and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures, reporting any faults to the Theatre Manager immediately.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
