Orthopaedic Theatre Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Theatre Specialist to join our team at North Downs Hospital in Caterham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in orthopaedic theatre nursing, with experience in procedures such as hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. A Surgical First Assist Qualification is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a flexible and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the orthopaedic theatre setting
- Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development of theatre policies and procedures
- Competitive salary: £34,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
