**Job Title:** Theatre Support Specialist

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Theatre Support Specialist to join our theatre team at Fortius Clinic in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our registered practitioners in the delivery of first-class theatre care.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for assisting with perioperative care, regulatory checks, and orthopaedic procedures carried out in the theatres.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support registered practitioners in delivering high-quality theatre care
  • Contribute to the evaluation of complaints, incidents, and accidents
  • Liaise effectively with nursing staff, multi-disciplinary teams, and other allied health professionals

Requirements:

  • NVQ 3 in Healthcare (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in working in a theatre environment
  • Knowledge of orthopaedic clinical procedures
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
