About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our elective orthopaedic theatre department. As Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres, maintaining high standards of governance, clinical effectiveness, and patient care.

The successful candidate will have extensive post-registration experience in elective orthopaedic, with a proven track record of leadership and management. You will be an experienced Senior Registered Theatre Nurse - Orthopaedic, using your advanced knowledge and experience to guide and support your team. Your expertise will enable you to manage instrument and implant loan, and demonstrate continuous professional development.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent organisational and communication abilities, with a flexible approach to service provision. You will be an analytical and reflective practitioner, committed to improving practice and driving innovation.
