We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Leaders in Care, a prominent independent healthcare provider in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-rated company in the health and social care sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver safe, high-quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.
  2. Assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.
  3. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration and experience in ENT, General surgery, and Neuro. A Surgical First Assistant certificate is desirable. If you have a background in roles such as Lead Scrub Nurse, Theatre Nurse, or Perioperative Nurse, this could be the perfect fit for you.
