We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with complex needs and assisting them with daily living tasks. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires dedication and passion for providing person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
- Engage in activities that promote independence and community integration
Requirements:
- Full UK driver's license
- Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
- This role is based in the Fordingbridge area and requires local candidates who can commute to work
- We cannot provide VISA sponsorship for this position
Estimated Salary: £19,440 per annum (based on 38 hours per week)
