Facilities Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Facilities Officer to join our team at Swim England. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation and improvement of swimming facilities across England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical assistance throughout the strategy, design, and construction phases of new and refurbished swimming facilities.
- Produce industry-leading guidance on the design and operation of swimming facilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to influence the swimming industry to implement Swim England's strategy through technical advice and consultancy.

As a Technical Facilities Officer, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously on your own initiative within a small dynamic facilities team. You will also have the chance to work closely with our Head of Facilities and contribute to the implementation of Swim England's strategy on water.
