Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administration Support to join our team at Unipart Logistics. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to ensure a high-quality service is always delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Administer internal and external enquiries and data accurately, utilizing business applications to ensure seamless communication and data management.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are actioned promptly and resolved accurately in accordance with business agreed SOPs, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with Customer Service colleagues to provide support as required, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Liaise with customers to ensure they are aware of any relevant product or service issues that may impact them, providing timely and effective communication.
- Act as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders and customers, ensuring information is disseminated swiftly and accurately.
- Maintain an understanding of and responsibility for the health, safety, and security of self, others, and business property, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage own personal development, achievement of personal and team objectives, and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
- Ensure own actions support equality and diversity within the workplace, promoting a professional and inclusive environment.
