New Homes Sales Director

We are currently seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead the sales team at one of our prestigious developments in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.
You will oversee the sales process, from initial contact to post-completion customer care, while managing negotiations and mentoring your team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading sales teams within the new home building market
- Demonstrating effective negotiation techniques and proven sales skills
- Maintaining a positive attitude and self-motivation to drive sales performance
- Possessing a Full Driving Licence
The successful candidate will be accountable for meeting sales targets, ensuring reservations and legal completions are achieved on time. Regular communication with purchasers, construction teams, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents is required.
Compensation Package
Our attractive compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000, reflecting the success of the sales team and individual contributions.
