In this vital role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to identify and address the root causes of behaviour and academic underperformance, developing tailored support plans that empower students to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges faced by each student, informing the development of targeted support plans.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to design and deliver interventions that promote positive behaviour, improve academic outcomes, and foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting support plans as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies, facilitating joint working and coordinating specialist services where necessary.

Compensation Package: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (£160 per day), reflecting the significance of this role in driving student success and achievement.
