Job Summary: As a Permit Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating permits in compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA). Your duties will include managing and reviewing permit applications from contractors and utilities, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of permit applications, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination, maintaining a database of permits and project documentation, and providing guidance and support on NRSWA compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating permits in compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA)
  • Managing and reviewing permit applications from contractors and utilities
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of permit applications
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination
  • Maintaining a database of permits and project documentation
  • Providing guidance and support on NRSWA compliance issues

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience in project coordination within the HTP sector, a strong understanding of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA), excellent organisational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capability to work independently and within a team.
