2nd Line Technician

Senior Associate is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Technician to provide expert IT support and contribute to the success of our tight-knit team in Norwich.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with diverse IT experience to further develop their skills, advance their careers, and grow with our esteemed MSP. Prior experience within an MSP would be highly advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage tickets efficiently, ensuring timely updates to clients and effective collaboration with team members.
  • Collaborate on internal project implementation, driving forward our service delivery excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of IT-related issues with precision and expertise.
  • Configure and install new equipment seamlessly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Windows Server.
  • Expertise in Active Directory.
  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365, including SharePoint, Entra, Intune, and general applications.
  • Strong networking skills, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and related technologies.
  • Basic understanding of PowerShell scripting.

A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role is desired. A competitive salary in the region of £28-33K reflects the importance of this position to our company's continued growth and success.
