Job Description: Special Education Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Special Education Support Worker to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with complex needs.

About the Job:

  • Deliver tailored support to students with special education needs in educational settings.
  • Support students with daily living activities and encourage independence.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and document student progress and well-being.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children or young adults with special education needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
