Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to lead broad commercial legal matters, compliance, data protection advisory work, consumer-focused projects, advertising and marketing campaigns, and new product launches for a leading consumer hardware goods company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Broad commercial legal matters including contract negotiation and drafting
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Data protection advisory work ensuring alignment with industry standards
  • Consumer-focused projects including market research and trend analysis
  • Advertising and marketing campaigns ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • New product launches including IP protection and risk assessment

 

Requirements

  • Able to start within 1-2 weeks' notice
  • Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales or other jurisdiction with experience working on UK-focused legal matters
  • Broad commercial legal exposure including in-house experience
  • B2C exposure with experience in retail, electronics, tech, goods, and services consumer-focused businesses
  • Experience with a range of goods and services contracts
  • Ability to adapt to varying levels of workload
  • Highly personable and approachable with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Reliable and committed to supporting business partners and stakeholders

 

What We Offer
