We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team at Network Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and developing strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role- Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Manage inbound leads and develop a long-term pipeline of potential clients
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and grow revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and key accounts
- 1+ year SaaS sales experience is essential
- Confident in outbound prospecting through various channels
- Experience managing CRM systems effectively
- Previous link to the care sector or care homes is ideal
- Based in the UK
- Basic Salary: £30,000-£33,000
- OTE: +£10,000
