New Business Development Manager

CIE Ltd is seeking a dynamic New Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in London and the South East. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Provide product and system design support to integrators, contractors, architects, consultants, and clients
• Develop product, account, and project plans to achieve sales targets
• Follow up marketing leads from campaigns
• Report sales and marketing intelligence on targeted markets
Requirements:
• Proven sales and marketing track record
• Experience in sales territory management
• Strong relationship management skills
• Technical knowledge and experience in IP-based system sales and specification
• Ability to build and close sales pipeline
• Understanding of buying and decision-making processes
• Confident specification and proposal writing and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to respond to client invitations to tender
• Understanding of contracts and commercial aspects of client relationships
What We Offer:
CIE Ltd offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career growth.
