Cafe Operations Manager

We're seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our Cafe team, where a fast-paced and friendly environment awaits. As a proactive and customer-focused individual, you'll help maintain operational standards, ensure food safety, and lead by example with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain operational and safety standards to ensure a smooth customer experience
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are met and followed
Lead by example, providing an excellent experience for customers
Open and close the cafe, overseeing full operations in the Manager's absence
Recognize and celebrate team members for providing excellent service
Learn our menu inside out and help the team do the same
Boost sales by ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time
Deliver Health & Safety and Food Safety training for team members
Support the Cafe Manager with colleague coaching and development
