About the Role:
We are searching for a skilled Senior Children's Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our Ofsted-registered homes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a children's residential home and possess the necessary qualifications and experience to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the children's home
* Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to children and young people
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement care plans
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant laws and guidelines
Requirements:
* QCF Level 3/4 Residential Childcare or Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or willingness to work towards it)
* Experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential home
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range of £45k - £48k per annum
* Market leading referral scheme of up to £250
