You and your role

You'll be joining our Service Performance team, which monitors services across DWP's digital landscape of over 700 software applications and systems.

You will be using Splunk, PowerBI, and ServiceNow to collate, review and draw insights on services, developing dashboards that are essential to our wider teams and stakeholders.

You will also be prototyping, and demonstrating the possibilities of data visualisation.

This is an opportunity to be creative and innovative, potentially bringing in new tooling ideas, data items and ways of working to bring data to life and championing new ways of working, data solutions and stakeholder engagement.
