CES Group - Clinical Employment Services is seeking a highly skilled Youth Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 9-5, with some flexibility in hours and occasional additional days.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can work effectively with young people at crisis, conducting ongoing assessments and developing safety and care plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing assessments for young people at crisis on the ward or in the community
  • Complete all assessment paperwork and make appropriate referrals to other agencies
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and safety and care plans
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies, including children's services and safeguarding teams
  • Provide ongoing support work for young people in crisis, referring them to relevant services as needed
  • Engage in sessional work with young people, delivering targeted interventions as required
  • Manage a caseload and escalate any matters of concern or uncertainty
