Paediatric Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Therapist to join our SEMH specialist schools in Chelmsford, Essex, as a Speech and Language Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique, seamless therapeutic team model where therapists and teachers work together to aid pupils' social, emotional, behavioural, and educational development.

The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification in their specialist field, registration with the relevant professional body, and experience working with children and young people in challenging contexts. They will also have a range of experience in their specialist therapeutic field and experience of operating in the classroom or similar environments.

This role is for a Paediatric Therapist to work in our SEMH specialist schools in Chelmsford, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of therapeutic interventions to support the social, emotional, behavioural, and educational development of pupils.

• To deliver a range of therapeutic interventions to support the social, emotional, behavioural, and educational development of pupils.
  
• To work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver a seamless therapeutic approach that addresses the whole-child needs.
  
• To maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attend regular review meetings with parents and carers.
  
• To contribute to the development of therapeutic plans and provide feedback to colleagues.
  
• To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
  

We are seeking a Paediatric Therapist who has:
