About the Role:- Lead the daily operations of our homecare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining our Good CQC rating.
- Encourage staff development, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of service users and adhere to best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with service users and their families.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the service, ensuring efficient use of resources.
