Senior Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in project management, ideally within the housing development sector. The successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree, a deep understanding of construction processes, regulations, and financial management, and a passion for creating affordable housing and improving lives.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to handover, including development appraisals, cost management, and feasibility reports. You will also implement environmentally friendly practices and community-focused strategies to deliver high-quality housing.
