Senior Engineering Specialist

Targetjobs Hired is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering function, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong educational background in an engineering discipline, with a minimum of a 2:2 degree in aerospace/aeronautical, chemical/processing, civil, design, electrical/electronics, general, integrated, manufacturing, structural, or systems engineering. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and experience working on complex projects.
As a Senior Engineering Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to design, develop, and test cutting-edge engineering solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
In this role, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you achieve your full potential. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
