Job Title: Senior Conformance Specialist

We are working with Eclectic Recruitment Ltd to find an experienced Senior Conformance Specialist. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary and the option of hybrid working.

This role involves:
  • Developing and implementing test plans to ensure products meet industry regulatory standards.
  • Assisting with product testing roadmaps.
  • Analysing conformance and testing results to provide technical reports to senior stakeholders.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience) and 5+ years' experience within product compliance, approvals, and testing. They should also be familiar with Agile working environments and hold certification within FFC/CE. Experience with RoHS, WEEE, and REACH regulations, as well as EMCD and LVD directives, is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is a competitive offer based on market rates.
