Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Eclectic Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans to guarantee our products comply with relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product testing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert analysis of conformance and testing results, presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry developments, including new regulations and specifications for SAR, EMC, and FR.
  • Develop and maintain accurate test history documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product compliance/approvals/testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of RoHS, WEEE, and REACH regulations.
  • Certification in FFC/CE.
  • Experience with EMCD and LVD directives.
  • Familiarity with non-EU approval requirements.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year. This estimate reflects the role's responsibilities, required qualifications, and regional cost of living.
