Job Description:

Our client, a leading biotechnology company based in Cambridge, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced QA professionals to support the development and maintenance of quality management systems within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in GMP quality assurance and QMS experience within a biological or pharmaceutical setting. Key responsibilities include completing and supporting various QA-related functions, including documentation, CAPAs, risk management, change control, supplier management, training management, and internal/external audits.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in a biological/biotechnology discipline, such as BSc/MSc/PhD, and existing quality assurance experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector. A proven track record of maintaining and updating a Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant documents, including deviation investigation, CAPAs, change control, non-conformance, etc., is essential.

A competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, progression options, and a comprehensive benefits package, including private pension, make this an attractive offer.
