We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Compliance Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a QA Compliance Specialist, working nights to ensure high-quality food products are produced while adhering to industry regulations and company standards. As a QA Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits of our manufacturing processes to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and company standards, as well as detecting any deviations or non-conformances, documenting findings, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular internal audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods to guarantee compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions in response to audit findings.
- Analyse quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
Requirements:
A strong understanding of auditing principles and practices is essential for this role, as is experience in food manufacturing and a high level of care experience. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
