Technical Quality Assurance Professional

Polytec Personnel Ltd is looking for a Technical Quality Assurance Professional to enhance our software development capabilities in North Cambridge.
We require a skilled individual who can travel occasionally and possesses a valid driving license and their own vehicle. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Main Responsibilities:- To develop and implement thorough testing strategies that ensure software solutions meet expectations.
- To conduct rigorous testing and validation of software applications to guarantee compliance with specifications.
- To estimate and provide realistic timelines for testing tasks.
- To create and maintain high-quality documentation to track quality metrics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial software testing.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to work closely with the development team.
- Able to identify and rectify sub-par project outcomes.
- Familiarity with software development/issue tracking systems.
- Experience with web service technologies.
Compensation Package: £45,000 - £55,000 per year.
