Mentoring Program Lead

About the OpportunityThis is an exceptional chance for a seasoned professional with a passion for youth development to lead our mentoring program and drive meaningful outcomes. You will have the autonomy to design and deliver high-quality mentoring services, leveraging your expertise to create lasting impact.
Competitive Salary & PackageWe offer a salary range of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we provide 20 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays, performance-related bonuses, and access to a company vehicle and fuel card.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in youth work, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mentoring, youth work, or a similar role within education or community settings.
