Job Overview

As a Mentoring Program Coordinator at Colchester United Community Foundation, you will play a vital role in delivering mentoring sessions, creating content for mentors, and supporting various health and inclusion programmes.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of high-quality mentoring sessions in schools and community settings, providing guidance and support to young individuals.
  • Resource Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging mentoring resources for delivery, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organisations, and external partners to enhance collaboration and programme impact.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct regular evaluations of the mentoring programme and provide feedback to stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Youth Mental Health First Aider qualification, and experience in youth work, mentoring, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
