About the Role

This pivotal position will involve managing administrative tasks such as responding to enquiries, managing bookings, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring that systems and training materials are up-to-date.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Enquiry Management: Respond to telephone and email enquiries related to training and fundraising in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Booking Coordination: Manage training bookings, ensuring seamless delivery of programs and services.
  3. Training Support: Coordinate training sessions, collaborate with trainers, and maintain training materials.
