About the Role
To support the Contract Delivery Manager (CDM) and Project Managers (PM) in managing operations for assigned programmes within distribution areas. Drive programme delivery for self, contract KPI targets, and project manager(s). Ensure high-quality work completion in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service, and profitability. Promote consistency and innovation to maintain Ground Control's leading position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully undertake and complete all Project Coordinator duties for allocated works.
  • Responsible for operational support matters within assigned Projects, measured against quality of work given, efficient tracking of tasks, driving strict timeframes, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout commercial processes.
  • Efficient communication with assigned Project Manager(s) and relevant actions taken to ensure projects are processed in good time for smooth and efficient project delivery.
  • Booking and tracking of Traffic Management works on Projects.
  • Tracking project delivery in terms of volumes and desktop quality audits.
  • Timely and effective reporting and communication through to CDM.
  • Collaborative working relationship with assigned project manager(s) to assist in ensuring relevant cutting team(s) have suitable work banks issued.
  • Update and manage Works Programme, SD Programme, Held Up Programme, Planning Checklists, and similar programmes for assigned workload and area of responsibility.
  • Participate in resolving Held-Up spans/projects requiring client or other resolutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients' representatives.
  • Attend internal programming and planning meetings.
  • Assist in developing new starters in the team by providing PCO-related training.
  • Responsible for own programming and delivery of role outcomes, measured against KPIs.
