This position involves delivering high-quality mentoring sessions within schools and community settings, creating content for mentors, and supporting health and inclusion programs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide crucial support to students and participants facing various challenges, helping them achieve their full potential. The position requires tenacity and creativity to overcome obstacles in a community environment.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £22,000 - £27,000, depending on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will be entitled to 20 days' annual leave per calendar year + Bank Holidays, performance incentives, and access to a pool vehicle and fuel card.

  • Deliver high-quality workshops in schools and community settings.
  • Support CUCF in securing resources and funding opportunities for future program development.
