We are seeking a Youth Wellbeing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing whole-school approaches to promote positive mental health and wellbeing among children and young people.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver targeted interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to address mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Collaborate with schools, children, and families to identify areas of need and develop intervention plans that align with the MHST's core functions.
  • Participate in local and county-wide meetings and supervision forums to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
