We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childhood Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis (18 hours/week). This role offers flexibility, with a two-week rota that allows for covering absences, holidays, and special events.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting our Events & Operations Manager with building maintenance tasks, collaborating with Front of House and Visitor Assistants, and delivering exceptional customer care to diverse visitors and clients.

This position requires manual handling, IT proficiency, visitor engagement, troubleshooting, and financial accountability. We value individuality and strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
