Essex Youth Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an Essex Youth Support Professional.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of youth programmes across Essex, working closely with Adult volunteers to create engaging and interactive activities for young people.
As an Essex Youth Support Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people in the region.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of youth programmes.
- Working with Adult volunteers to develop and deliver programmes that meet the needs of young people.
- Providing guidance and support to Adult volunteers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
