About the Job

Our team works tirelessly to provide early help, advice and support to families, promoting their development and wellbeing. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our ranks and contribute to this essential work.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent social work practice, working closely with families to identify their needs and develop tailored support plans. You will also be involved in community outreach, building relationships with local partners and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.

We are looking for someone with a Diploma or degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS or equivalent, who is registered with the Social Work England as a registered Social Worker.

Please note that the salary range for this position is £36,101 to £48,622 per annum, reflecting the high level of expertise and commitment required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to families to help them address specific challenges.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local partners and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies to improve outcomes for families.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work flexibly as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary, to be mobilised into fieldwork teams in emergency / contingency circumstances.
