About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Thrive by Chorni Ltd. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys a consultative, customer service focused sales approach.

Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone, email, web platform, live chat and social channels and converting to sales. The successful candidate will also build a qualifying pipeline leading to sales conversion, establish customers' requirements through building rapport and using effective questioning whilst upholding our Fun Expert Values.

The Sales Executive will identify upsell opportunities whilst providing a high level of customer service. They will effectively manage client expectations, prioritise responses, and coordinate input from other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with experience in a similar role being desirable.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a comprehensive training program, pension scheme, and annual leave.
