Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, with early finish on Fridays)
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and progressing sales opportunities
Identify, generate, and manage additional opportunities from new and existing client relationships
Respond to and resolve customer account management queries effectively
Take ownership of assigned queries and manage them through to resolution
Build strong rapport with clients through excellent written and verbal communicationAre you currently in a sales administration or similar role, but yearn for greater responsibility and the chance to foster direct client relationships?
Our client, a leading organisation in Preston, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their dynamic team as an Internal Sales Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with commercial clients across the UK, helping them identify and overcome challenges while providing tailored solutions to enhance their business.
As part of a collaborative team, you will play a vital role in developing and managing client relationships. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to build rapport and understand clients' needs and wants. Responsiveness is key in this role, as you will be responsible for assisting with the management and progression of sales opportunities, while also proactively identifying and generating additional opportunities from both new and existing client relationships. Your ability to effectively resolve customer account management queries will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction.
