**Internal Sales Executive Role**
- Building relationships with existing customers to retain, upgrade and upsell on business-critical products.
- Manage existing clients, increasing spend and share of wallet through first class sales and relationship building skills.
- High mix of account management, win-back and new business opportunities.
- Engage and partner with the Field Sales team when required to improve the customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed very reasonable targets and KPI’s set.
- To be an ambassador for this market leading brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.
**Internal Sales Executive Attributes**
- All sales backgrounds considered, even better if you have some B2B experience.
- Great if you can spot opportunities and develop new business whilst managing clients through first class relationships.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Understands the concept and value in pipeline and how to forecast results.
- Ambitious to earn well and grow a long-term career.
- Great if you are passionate about self-development with ongoing training and support being offered to help you really spread your wings within the business.
- Enthusiasm, attitude, and desire to be a first-class sales professional
**The Reward**
- Up to £24k basic salary depending on experience (with a salary review within 6 months)
- Guaranteed Bonus for the first 6 months
- OTE £40k -£50k + Uncapped (regular earnings of £1500+ per month in commission)
