The Advocate Group is representing a leading, global manufacturer within the Beverage industry, in the search for an experienced, hands-on and operational HR Manager to join the business on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Lead the performance review process, including setting timelines, training managers, and providing guidance on feedback delivery.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization.
- Ensure company HR policies are consistently applied and compliant with current labor laws.
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation and address any policy violations effectively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity.
- Proven experience in an HR management role, with a strong focus on operational and hands-on responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others, with experience in coaching and mentoring managers and employees.
