CRA GROUP LIMITED is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Needs Transportation Assistant to join our team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable adults and children by providing safe and reliable transportation services.

As a Special Needs Transportation Assistant, you will be responsible for escorting and assisting clients with special needs, boarding and alighting vehicles, and ensuring their safe entry, travel, and exit at all times. This includes transfers via stairs or other accessible routes where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and children, as well as safeguarding and manual handling training. First aid and manual handling qualifications are also essential. A general level of education qualification is required, and a DBS check will be conducted prior to appointment.

This part-time position (20 hours per week) requires a flexible and patient individual who can work effectively as part of a team.
