Operations Manager for Customer Success

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service function, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service operations and management, with experience in managing teams and driving process improvements. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have a keen eye for detail.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the customer service team, developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Managing customer complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and fairly
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

As a Senior Customer Service Operations Manager at Dreams, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
