About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Education Assistant Professional. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them achieve their full potential.

Your main responsibilities will include participating in training courses, maintaining a stable environment for our pupils, and demonstrating a strong desire to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to commit to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Experience in a similar field or relevant skills are desirable but not necessary.

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with pupils with additional needs
  • Show a willingness to undergo additional training required for the role

The estimated salary for this role is £14-22 per hour, paid weekly through our payroll team using the PAYE system. Benefits include pension contributions and free professional development training, including Team Teach training and online webinars.
