About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our collaborative team and support students with diverse special educational needs.
  • You will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters academic success and social growth.
  • As a supportive educator, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group support to students with ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a genuine passion for working with children who have special educational needs.
  • Experience as a teaching assistant or in a related role is desirable, although comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate.
  • Demonstrate a calm, patient, and empathetic nature when interacting with students and colleagues.
  • Show strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
