Key Responsibilities:

As a Special Education Support Assistant with Teaching Tomorrow Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the educational development of young learners. You will assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensure active participation and comprehension among students, and help maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment by implementing effective behavior management strategies and promoting positive interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Ensuring active participation and comprehension among students
  • Maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children as a teaching assistant
  • Relevant Level 2 or above qualifications in education, childcare, or special education is desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs
  • Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning
