Senior Event Specialist – Permanent - LONDON / WFH

Senior Event Specialist - Law Firm Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager/Senior Event Specialist to join our international legal client (based in London) delivering exciting client engagement events both here in the UK and abroad. Working closely with senior internal stakeholders, you will create new and exciting client engagement events, which will have everyone talking. As a Senior Event Specialist, you will be hands-on from start to finish, including UK & international trips for site visits and event delivery. You will lead on a great variety of your own events as well as supporting the close-knit team on theirs. They are looking for an experienced events professional from the professional services, large scale commercial conferencing, or event agency sectors.

The team works in the London-based office 3 days per week (some flexibility required during the event season). You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of events, from small meetings to large conferences, and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and logistics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute client engagement events, including conferences, meetings, and product launches
  • Work closely with senior internal stakeholders to understand client needs and preferences
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
  • Lead on a great variety of your own events as well as supporting the close-knit team on theirs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure events are delivered to a high standard and meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in the professional services, large scale commercial conferencing, or event agency sectors
  • Strong understanding of event planning and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
