About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager to join our friendly, award-winning team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our reporting landscape and ensuring seamless communication between our Head Office and the rest of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, both internal and external, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Oversee all Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) elements, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to drive business intelligence initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead a team of data analysts to design and implement accurate and informative dashboards, ensuring timely submissions and effective communication with stakeholders.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a high level of IT proficiency, with expertise in building Macros and Power BI reports. Your experience in a similar role in a large, complex, and multi-site business will be invaluable. Proven management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements
