About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Redbridge. As an Early Years Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children and creating a nurturing environment that fosters their growth and well-being.

About the Role:

  • Supporting children in their development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Creating a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels safe and valued.
  • Assisting in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
  • Monitoring and recording children's progress, working closely with parents and carers.
  • Promoting positive behavior and social skills among the children.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in early years settings, with a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • A relevant qualification in childcare (minimum Level 3 or equivalent).
  • A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and engage with parents effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and creativity in planning and delivering stimulating activities.
